Coach Baribault
Coach Baribault, the owner and founder of B Recruited, brings over a decade of experience coaching at the collegiate level across various Division I, II, and III schools in the Northeast. In addition to her extensive background in lacrosse, she has served as a strength and conditioning coach at the college level. Coach B has also coached at the club level, giving her a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to succeed in the recruitment process and advance to the next level.
Coaching Experience
Coach Baribault brings a wealth of experience from her coaching career, which spans several NCAA Division I, II, and III programs. She has excelled in recruiting, team management, and strategic planning throughout her tenure, having held leadership roles at Quinnipiac University, SUNY Oneonta, Castleton University, Post University, Wesleyan University, and the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Her ability to build successful teams both on and off the field is a testament to her commitment and expertise in the sport.
Club Lacrosse and Strength & Conditioning Expertise
In addition to her collegiate coaching experience, Coach Baribault has worked extensively as a club lacrosse coach, guiding many athletes through the recruiting process from the other side. She understands the challenges and nuances of college placement and is dedicated to helping athletes find the best academic and athletic fit. As a certified strength and conditioning coach, she also offers specialized training sessions to improve both individual and team skills, focusing on increasing physical strength, speed, and mental understanding of the game.
